Description:

The County of Los Angeles Probation Department Deputy Director. The person selected for this role will serve as the County Probation Officer’s chief of staff and direct the Administrative Services,
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting major challenges and driving cultural change in an organization with established and deep-rooted cultures. You will possess excellent executive management skills and knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of probation.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree.
Extensive management experience (5+ years) in leading and directing a complex organization providing human and/or social services in fields such as the law, probation, parole, corrections, law enforcement, or social welfare.
