The Director will lead a dedicated staff of approximately 100 who together provide paternity and child support services to Sonoma County children and families seeking and enforcing court orders of paternity and financial support against non-custodial parents. 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is an experienced and accomplished child support services manager with a thorough understanding of the principles and practices involved in child support enforcement programs. Combined with the program knowledge, the Director will be collaborative, analytical, strategic, creative, and will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and sense of humor.
