$146,268.72- $187,685.68 Annually, DOE

Description:

The County of Santa Clara seeks a Director, Patient Panels and Access. This position requires an individual with executive level leadership and management skills, along with critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. This position provides leadership and oversight of primary care access services, including the Valley Connection Call Center, Scheduling, Language Services, Pre-Registration, Authorizations, and Patient Empanelment. This includes responsibility for the design and implementation, coordination, and oversight of programs and services that are directly related to the creation of a seamless system of patient access. 

Qualifications:

Typically, the ideal candidate would possess education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital or Business Administration, or a closely related field, from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years recent experience administering/managing complex, large scale programs and projects for a health care organization.
