Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited university in Public Health, Health Care Administration or health sciences field. EXPERIENCE: The equivalent of at least five years of increasingly responsible experience in either public health administration, health care administration, or mental health administration including program planning and evaluation, policy development, budget, fiscal, personnel and statistical management.
