$152,684/annually and an excellent benefits package, including a CalPERS Retirement Benefit formula of 2.7% @ 55 for individuals identified as “classic members” pursuant to the provisions of California’s 2013 Pension Reform Act.

Qualifications:

The position requires: 1) equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in social work, sociology, or other behavioral sciences; 2) seven (7) years professional experience in a social service agency, including three (3) years of management and supervisory experience; and 4) a valid CA Driver’s License.
