The Human Resources Department is seeking energetic, analytical, and detail-oriented professionals to fill one full-time Employee Benefits Analyst position at either the I or II level. An Employee Benefits Analyst works under direction to analyze programs related to risk management and loss prevention for the health and welfare benefit programs provided to County of Sonoma employees, retirees, and their dependents – a customer base of over 10,000 individuals.

Qualifications:

Both levels require related coursework and up to two years of related professional experience.
