Description:

Vacancy with the County HR Department: Supervise or conduct investigations and resolve issues and complaints of alleged discrimination or harassment, hostile work environment, or other County policy violations. 

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with coursework in labor laws, organizational development, human resources, investigations/law enforcement AND six (6) years experience in investigations of complaints or legal/criminal matters, employment/labor relations, or human resources. One year of direct supervision of technical or professional staff.
