Salary:

$59,821 to $72,738 Annually – Negotiable for prior experience

Description:

The Executive Director is the chief operating officer of the Commission, an independent Public Agency which is also the County’s Housing Authority. PCCDC operates HUD and USDA housing programs, LIHEAP and DOE energy assistance programs, a tri-county Community Action Agency, the Community Development Block Grant program, and assists small special districts with infrastructure projects. Depending upon the program, PCCDC operates in as many as 4 counties.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years expereince in at least a portion of the Agency’s programs; or an acceptable combination of experience and education that would demonstrate required knowledge and abilities. Possession of a valid California ddivers license. Public Housing Management Certification within one year of hire.
