The District Attorney’s Office seeks an energetic and dedicated professional to be the next Family Justice Center Sonoma County Project Coordinator.
The County is recruiting for the critical administrative support position of Project Coordinator at the Family Justice Center of Sonoma County. The part-time, time-limited position (approximately 20 hours per week) is funded through September 30, 2019, and may be extended.
The Family Justice Center of Sonoma County (FJCSC)
The FJCSC is a unique non-profit organization that draws on strong interagency collaboration to provide a single point of access to comprehensive services. In efforts to effectively address polyvictimization, the Center’s Project Coordinator facilitates program planning and evaluation meetings, documents program design, tracks data and reports on progress, completes grant reporting, and serves as the liaison to the
grant funder.
The Coordinator’s duties include:
• Working with the Strategic Planning Team, lead and participate in the polyvictimization program design effort, to include scheduling program planning meetings, helping facilitation planning discussions, researching other polyvictimization programs to help the program design efforts and tracking progress of assigned tasks
• Ensuring activities surrounding the development of the polyvictimization assessment tool are well coordinated amongst the various partner organizations, to include documenting, updating and distributing the polyvictimization assessment tool, program policies, and practices of the program
• Tracking client statistics
• Working closely with the Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) and the assigned Program Evaluator to ensure that all project based activities are included in both the ongoing and final evaluations
• Networking with other Family Justice Centers and Multi-agency models who are participating in the national grant program to keep the strategic planning team and organizational partners informed of other program successes, ideas, and challenges
• Acting as a liaison with the OVC

Qualifications:

Qualifications for this position normally include academic coursework in public administration, business administration, management, accounting, political science, economics, statistics, English composition, psychology or closely related courses would provide such opportunity. AND some experience related to general administration, accounting, budgetary analysis, or human resources work including the compilation, tabulation, analysis, and presentation of statistical and narrative written reports would provide such opportunity.
