Qualifications:

The primary focus of the Health & Human Services Agency Director is to provide centralized administration, executive leadership, and operational direction to the service branches through a team of Branch Directors. The Director has oversight of the Agency budget which has multiple funding sources, with complex contractual and compliance requirements. Management and motivation of a large and diverse workforce providing effective service delivery through a network of works sites throughout the county is a core function of the position. The Director ensures through project management and implementation planning that Agency goals and objectives, including mandated and regulatory outcomes, are achieved.
