Salary:

$110,154-$133,937/Annually

Description:

Under general direction , plans, organizes, coordinates and manages the delivery of health and human services for a major program branch in the integrated Health and Human Services Department within regulatory and fiscal constraints; assists in policy and procedure development and implementation; serves as a member of the department’s executive leadership team; may act as the Alcohol and Drug Program Administrator, Mental Health Director, Public Health Director, or Welfare Director with the State of California.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Social Science, Human Services, Health Administration, Public Health Administration, or closely related field. Four years of progressively responsible management and supervisory experience in a health and human services agency which included program planning and evaluation, budget management, personnel management and performance evaluation, and policy development. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
