The Public Health Department (PHD) has an immediate need to recruit a Health Care Administrator (HCA) for the Lompoc Health Care Center (HCC).
The Lompoc HCC is a County owned and operated FQHC/CHC located in Lompoc, CA serving more than 8,500 patients annually with more than 35,000 visits. Its location makes it unique, since many of the patients can walk to the HCC to access care.  Services provided at this facility include adult primary care, pediatrics, and women’s health to patients who have Medi-Cal, Medicare and special funding sources.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing and leading a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health Center (CHC).  This job requires an experienced individual who is truly motivated and interested in leading/supervising the HCC.   It is not an entry level position. Ideally, it would be a great opportunity for a former or current Chief Operating Officer or Administrator in a private/non-profit FQHC.  This is an administrative, financial and community-marketing position with no direct clinical responsibilities.
