Description:

Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department seeks highly motivated candidates to immediately fill vacant positions. This position is an entry level professional position, working on affordable housing projects and programs throughout the county. With the passage of Measure A1, the County’s $580 million Affordable Housing Bond, the work of creating new affordable housing has never been more exciting.

The HCDS I will be responsible for professional duties involving technical and analytical work in affordable housing and community development. This includes review of new projects, underwriting loans, monitoring compliance of projects and programs which utilize county funding for affordable housing.
