$4,434.00 – $5,679.00 per month plus benefits (includes 4% confidential pay)

ABOUT THE POSITION
Performs or assists in the less complex human resources work involving analytical studies, staff recruitment, maintenance of the classification and salary plan, and perform related duties as assigned. There is currently one position available.

This position is part of the Colusa County Employees Association (CCEA), Confidential Unit.

Qualifications:

– One year of experience and exposure to human resources functions.
– Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human relations, public or business administration or a closely related field. The successful candidate will be required to provide a copy of unofficial transcripts prior to offer of employment.
– Human Resources professional certification desired.
