$110,000 – $135,000 Annually

Description:

The primary focus of the Human Resources Deputy Director position is to manage, plan and direct centralized human resources programs and services which serve all departments and employees Countywide. This position is responsible for providing direction to staff in human resources, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, classification, compensation, and administrative issues. Qualifications:

Education: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public, business, or human resource administration, or related field. Equivalency for Education: Experience may be substituted for the degree on a year for year basis. Experience: Six (6) years’ experience in responsible human resources administration or closely related field, including three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
