Description:

The County is seeking an experienced and collaborative professional with a strong foundation in HR to manage the Personnel Services Unit. An exceptional mentor who models competency and accountability, this Manager will incorporate new technology and progressive change for max-imum effectiveness. Experience in large, unionized environment managing recruitment, classi-fication and work-force planning strategies is critical.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will also be a service-oriented individual who advocates for open dialog and sharing of ideas. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree and 5 years HR experience, at least 2 as a supervisor.
