Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Possess three (3) years of full-time increasing responsible experience at management level performing tasks described above; OR
• Possess three (3) years of full-time increasing responsible experience in supervising personnel; AND
• Possess a bachelor’s degree with major course work in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a closely related field. Experience can be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
