Salary:

$72,842 – $97,947 Annually DOQ/DOE

This position reports to the PeopleSoft Supervisor and will:
• Review and validate business requirements to create specifications.
• Follow the established methodology and standard development life cycle (SDLC) processes, builds, tests, debugs, and documents application solutions.
• Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades and projects to implement new modules.
• Diagnose problems within PeopleSoft application system.

Qualifications:

Two years of PeopleSoft programming and/or systems experience.
• Equivalent to graduation from college with major coursework in management information systems, computer science, or closely related field and minor coursework in business principles. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license.

Technical Knowledge and Experience:
• Systems setup for PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Enterprise Learning and Absence Management modules.
• Experience developing PeopleSoft online pages, and Application Engine Programs, demonstrating strong skills using PeopleTools, Application Designer, SQR reports, PeopleCode
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
