Description:

Placer County is currently recruiting for Personnel Analyst I/II in our Human Resources Department. The eligible list resulting from this recruitment may be used to fill permanent and Extra Help/temporary positions in either of the two main divisions (Human Resource Services or Strategic Support).

The Human Resource Services Division is responsible for providing professional, management level support to assigned County departments in the areas of recruitment and selection, exam development and administration, classification and compensation, performance management, and organizational development.

The Strategic Support Division is responsible for benefits administration, HR/benefits transactions, leave administration, workers’ compensation administration, retirement, wellness, information technology, and human resource information systems (HRIS) support.

Placer County offers a competitive salary and attractive management benefits package, including a cafeteria plan of $2,100 annually, 401k match, 100 hours of management leave, retiree medical, and 13 holidays per year.
