Qualifications:

A typical way to qualify for this position is graduation from college with a major in Public Administration, Personnel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s or advanced degree preferred); and five years of professional personnel experience, three years of which should have been in a supervisory capacity in a public agency.
