Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high level project management, will be politically astute,  and demonstrate the ability to move projects forward to completion required.  Selection of a Master Developer is close at hand, thus creating this incredible opportunity.  Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in City Planning or closely related field and eight years professional planning experience involving general plans, zoning or development services required.
