Description:

The Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA) is actively recruiting for a Psychologist I/II to join the Mental Health Branch.

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the qualifications listed below by the application deadline.

Psychologist I:
Equivalent to a Doctorate Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Clinical Psychology.
Candidates not licensed to practice clinical psychology in the State of California must request a waiver from the State Department of Mental Health and obtain licensure within two years from the date of hire (Welfare and Institutions Code).

Psychologist II:
In addition to the necessary employment standards for Psychologist I:
Possession of a valid license to practice clinical psychology in the State of California as issued by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
