The Senior Human Resources Analyst will report to the Human Resources Services Manager of the Disability Access/Leave Management Office and will be responsible for advising human resources professionals and County departments on disability/leave management processes in accordance with all relevant State and Federal laws. The Sr. HR Analyst will possess strong working knowledge of current disability and leave laws and best practices including but not limited to: ADA, FEHA, CFRA, PDL, Worker’s Compensation, and Military Leave. Two or three years of experience in professional personnel work which must have included disability/leave management as a primary responsibility. Graduation from a recognized college with a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with major coursework in public, business, or personnel administration, psychology or a closely related field. Possession of a current certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) in highly desired.
