Description:

The City of Chula Vista is seeking a highly motivated Special Projects Manager to provide comprehensive staff assistance to the City Manager’s Office; administer specific program area(s) as assigned by the City Manager; develop, organize, and maintain one or more specialized management projects or support activities; conduct major analytical assignments and assist departments in such tasks as program evaluation; conduct organization, management, and general studies; and perform related work as required.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of professional experience in administrative analysis, administrative research or as an assistant to a top administrator having budget, personnel, or program responsibilities and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, or a related field.
