$65,790.40 – $78,644.80 Annually

Description:

The Staff Services Analyst II (Compliance Analyst) in the Quality Management Division of the Health and Human Services Agency will be responsible for performing a full range of analytical and technical compliance and Quality Improvement related support services for the Quality Management Division.

The Recruitment Process:

1. Answers to the supplemental questions will be screened by Subject Matter Experts after the recruitment closes. The most qualified candidates will be invited to the Oral Panel Interviews.
2. Oral Panel Interviews are tentatively scheduled the week of October 26, 2015.
3. Only the most qualified candidates from the Oral Panel Interviews will be placed on the eligibility list and referred to the hiring manager for further consideration.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: To qualify for this classification, an individual must possess any combination of experience and education that would likely produce the required knowledge and abilities. Desirable combination is:

Experience:

One year of experience performing administrative, management, fiscal, audit, evaluation or data processing analysis duties, including the preparation of reports, or one year of experience as a Staff Services Analyst I.

Education:

Equivalent to graduation from college with major course work in business administration, public administration, systems analysis, accounting, or related field (Responsible supervisory or higher level experience performing a variety of difficult analytical work, which includes the independent research, analysis, and preparation of reports, in any of the following areas: administrative, management, personnel, fiscal, budgetary, or data analysis may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
