Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector’s (ACTTC’s) Office and the Department of Health Services (DHS) are currently recruiting to fill each of their Supervising Accountant positions.

To Meet Their Goals, ACTTC and DHS Need Candidates With:

• A solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to teach others
• Strong personnel management capabilities, with the ability to connect with staff as a team leader and
proponent of staff development
• The ability to analyze and implement legislation, accounting standards, and other guidance
• Experience preparing complex financial statements, with footnotes and supplemental schedules
• The talent for prioritizing and communicating tasks in order to better manage work with departments and
external auditors
• A college degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• A valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) certification

Qualifications:

Qualifications for these positions normally include a combination of education and professional work experience. Normally, possession of a Certified Public Accountants Certificate, or related degree and four years of professional work experience.
