The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), Victim Services Branch (VSB) invites participants to take part in the California Services, Training, Officers, and Prosecutors (STOP) Violence Against Women Implementation Plan Survey. The intent of the survey is to solicit feedback from stakeholders regarding how to best use STOP Violence Against Women (VAW) Formula Grant Program funding to combat violent crimes against women, specifically domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

This survey is open to interested stakeholders. Regardless of whether your agency or organization receives STOP funding, your input is critical.

The survey will be available until Friday, January 9, 2026.Counties are strongly encouraged to provide input. Please contact Michaela Stone (mstone@counties.org) with any questions.
