You—in person, by telephone, text or email, and/or through our website and mobile apps during transactions, account creation, and contacts with our staff

- Performing services on behalf of CSAC, including maintaining and servicing accounts, registering you for conferences and other meetings, creating communication lists, processing payments, or providing similar services on behalf of CSAC

- Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality and safety, or to make improvements or upgrades to, our website and services
4. Information Sold or Shared. We have not, in the last 12 months, sold or shared consumers’ personal information.
