We’ll break down the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) law’s key requirements, discuss where the state is currently in the implementation and regulatory process, and explore real-world impacts on cities and counties. Participants will also learn how local governments can effectively engage in implementation activities and advocate for their communities’ interests.
