Children Now Releases 2026 California Children’s Report Card, Webinar on Jan. 21

Children Now, a California-based nonprofit advocacy group focused on advancing children’s well-being, recently released their 2026 California Children’s Report Card. The annual Report Card grades California on its performance supporting better outcomes for kids from prenatal to age 26 across 30 issues areas. For each issue, the Report Card outlines “pro-kid” policy recommendations to guide the development and enactment of a whole-child agenda.
The Children’s Movement, a coalition group coordinated by Children Now, will host a webinar on Wednesday, January 21 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.. The webinar will provide an overview of the findings in the Report Card, including trends in children’s health, early childhood, education, online safety, and child welfare.
