CSAC Institute Graduation: Inyo County Cohort

Twenty-two Inyo and Mono county employees from a variety of departments were honored on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 for completing a recent professional development curriculum offered by the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) William “Bill” Chiat Institute for Excellence in County Government.  

This is the second cohort to go through the Institute. Classes occurred between April to October 2025 and included 10 different courses on topics ranging from leading change in public sector organizations, to developing organizational strategies and connecting with colleagues and subordinates. Courses featured hands-on activities, discussions, case studies, simulations, and projects designed around adult learning experiences. 

Inyo graduates include: Courtney Bos, Jessica Burton, Carri Coudek, Travis Dean, Cynthia Draper, Paulette Erwin, Kelsey Gonzalez, Rebecca Graves, Yolanda Haro, Darcy Israel, Allison Krohn, Gordon Moose, Caroline Nott, Carl Olson, Griselda Ortiz, Nathan Reade, Lisa Vetter, Jayme Westervelt, Heather Williams, and Sarah Wilson. Mono County employees who also graduated from the academy are Laura Cruz and Salvador Montanez.
