The CSAC Finance Corporation is governed by an eleven-member Board of Directors consisting of: three county supervisors, two county administrative officers, two county agency or department heads, CSAC’s executive director, and three public members.

Since its inception, the CSAC Finance Corporation has become the premier provider of cost-saving programs and services for counties and local governments across California. Our portfolio has continuously expanded, introducing new programs in response to the challenges counties face. The revenue generated from our programs directly supports CSAC’s advocacy efforts on behalf of your county. Our programs save agency staff time, conserve public dollars, and deliver tangible value to constituents. Each offer has been thoroughly vetted and approved by a Board of Directors composed of county leaders, ensuring trust and quality in everything we provide.

The Corporate Associates Program fosters collaboration between businesses and local governments, creating opportunities to address key issues facing counties across the state. Open to companies of all sizes and industries, it offers flexible annual membership options across three levels of participation.
