The California Office of Emergency Services’ Victim Services Branch has released a competitive funding opportunity supported with funds from both the Services, Training, Officers and Prosecutors (STOP) Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program and the Family Violence Prevention and Services/Domestic Violence Shelter and Supportive Services (FVPS) Grant Program.

The purpose of the program is to prevent intimate partner violence, including teen dating violence, and sexual assault. Applicants must prioritize underserved populations within communities and build the capacity of local organizations to do this work.

This link will guide those interested to the Grants Central System Opportunity Portal for additional information on the CFO. The due date is August 7, 2026.
