The Isla Vista Recreation & Park District (IVRPD) is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and community-minded leader to serve as its Assistant General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a Recreation or Parks Superintendent or Supervisor, a management analyst ready to transition into field leadership, a nonprofit program leader, or a city or special district professional seeking to advance into executive leadership while making a meaningful impact on a vibrant coastal community.

Working closely with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager oversees daily operations, develops and mentors a talented team, and advances high-quality parks and recreation services for a diverse community.
