PATH Justice-Involved Round 4 Application Reminder

This is a friendly reminder for those interested that the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has opened the PATH Justice-Involved Round 4 application window. The deadline for applying is July 11, 2025.

Eligibility Note:

Only Round 3 awardees are eligible to apply for Round 4. Applications must be submitted on behalf of:

• County Sheriff’s Offices
• County Probation Offices
• California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR)
• County Behavioral Health Agencies

Eligible agencies will receive an email with instructions on how to apply. Visit the PATH Justice-Involved Webpage and see the “Reference Materials” section for full guidance and application resources.
