GO-Biz Seeks Feedback on Draft Clean Energy Permitting Playbook and Toolkit 

The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), is publishing a draft Clean Energy Permitting Playbook and Toolkit following several months of research and stakeholder outreach. These documents will serve as a resource to assist local governments with the permitting of large-scale clean energy projects. 

GO-Biz will be hosting a final webinar to walk through the draft Clean Energy Permitting Playbook and Toolkit on Wednesday, October 22, from 12-1:30 PM. To attend this webinar, participants must register in advance.  

The draft Clean Energy Playbook and Toolkit will be published on the GO-Biz Clean Energy Permitting Initiative webpage directly following the webinar. GO-Biz will be accepting public comments by email through November 21, 2025.
