Contra Costa County is seeking an exceptional leader to join its Human Resources Department. The HR Manager reports to the Director of Human Resources, and your division team will consist of 25 full-time employees.

In your capacity as HR Manager, you will continue to drive transformational changes in public sector human resources practices and serve as the subject matter expert in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Class and Compensation. Current Priorities include:

➢ Improve time-to-fill outcomes
➢ Champion organization-wide performance management system implementation
➢ Facilitate consolidation of job classifications
➢ Develop innovative offboarding strategies
