Description

The Human Services Department (HSD) is seeking multiple experienced Program Planning and Evaluation Analysts to put their analytical skill set to work for the County of Sonoma!

 

This recruitment is currently being conducted to fill three full-time Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst (PPEA) positions in the Economic Assistance Division of the Human Services Department. If you are interested in one or all positions, we encourage you to apply now!

 

About the CalFresh Training Analyst:

This Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining operational and eligibility-related training materials for CalFresh program staff, including performing training needs assessments based on operational trends, technical errors, and policy updates. 

 

About the Clerical and Administrative Staff Analyst:

This Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst will be responsible for designing and delivering clerical support training for both newly hired and experienced staff. They will oversee the standardization and maintenance of all clerical and administrative processes in the division to ensure consistency in procedures and streamlined service delivery.

 

About the Reporting Analyst:

This Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst will be responsible for developing SQL queries to extract data from the statewide eligibility data system as well as designing and building reports and dashboards to visualize and distribute key data insights. They will participate in meetings with all California counties to discuss upcoming system updates, submit enhancement requests, and present proposals for voting.
