The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as SOC Director (Program Manager III). In this high-impact role, you’ll coordinate statewide emergency response operations, manage critical Incident Command System (ICS) functions, and lead a multi-agency team during disasters and large-scale incidents.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in emergency management
• Strong leadership
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Preferred Certifications: FEMA, CSTI, IAEM, or similar
