Sacramento Television Stations v. Superior Court (City of Roseville) (C102316)

This case addresses the scope of Government Code section 7923.625, which governs the release of the release of law enforcement body-worn camera footage. CSAC’s brief argues that section 7923.625 does not require local agencies to disclose broad video coverage of use of force incidents, as such a requirement would be overly burdensome, and jeopardize agencies’ ability to comply.
