In partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Human Resources, the California Counties Foundation proudly honored 46 outstanding leaders from 25 Los Angeles County departments during the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Graduation Ceremony on December 10.

ELDP is designed to equip county leaders with essential skills for advancing their careers. The intensive program dives deeply into ten leadership competencies that bridge skill gaps through classroom instruction, executive coaching, and group projects.

We applaud our graduates for their commitment to public service and for stepping forward to lead the future of California’s county workforce.
