Sacramento, CA — The California State Association of Counties Board of Directors, representing all 58 California counties, took the following actions at its meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026:

• Proposition 1: Authorizes Bonds for Housing Affordability Programs — SUPPORT
• Proposition 3: Provides Permanent Funding for Schools and Health Care by Extending Existing Tax on High Incomes — SUPPORT
• Proposition 43: Limits Voters’ Ability to Raise Revenues for Local Government Services — OPPOSE
