CSAC Institute Announces Upcoming Courses and Programs

The CSAC Institute is excited to announce the following courses and programs to its members and alumni.

Registration for Human Resources Executive Institute is open!

    The CSAC Institute has partnered with the California Counties HR (CCHR) to offer the HR Executive Institute 2025. Designed for current and emerging human resource leaders from HR departments, the program places a particular emphasis on succession planning and political acumen. Participants dive deep into leadership concepts, facilitated by nationally recognized faculty and county experts.

    Through 50-hours of onsite and virtual instruction, this program will be delivered November 19, 2025 to January  21, 2026 with a residency component in Sacramento on December 8 – 12, 2025. Upon successful completion, participants join a statewide network of 1,500 CSAC credential holders.

    Geeking Out: Master Classes in Public Service Leadership

      Designed for alumni and members, this series aims to cultivate employee resilience, understand the impacts of optimism and gratitude, craft adaptable solutions in dynamic environments, and tackle complex environments with evidence-based approaches. The four-part series launches on August 14, 2025. The last session is scheduled on November 14, 2025.
