DHCS Announces Final Round of PATH CITED Awards 

This week, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) announced $145.5 million in awarded funding to 153 local providers in all 58 counties, including county agencies, departments, and commissions. The funding awarded is made through Round 4 of the Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) Capacity and Infrastructure, Transition, Expansion, and Development (CITED) initiative. The organizations awarded provided Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports services, including transitional rent, to eligible Medi-Cal members. Awardees will use funding to grow capacity and improve service delivery through activities like hiring staff, purchasing and enhancing IT equipment and systems, and supporting outpatient treatment. Round 4 is the final round of PATH CITED funding.
