DIR Collecting Data to Estimate Cost of Firefighter PPE Regulations

The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) is soliciting information on the cost of proposed regulations regarding personal protective equipment (PPE) for firefighters. Survey responses will be used to develop a fiscal impact analysis for the regulations. 

The two surveys are posted below and responses are requested by March 31, 2026:
