Invitation to Comment: CARE Act Rules and Forms – Judicial Council of California’s Probate and Mental Health Advisory Committee 

For those interested, please be advised that the Judicial Council of California (JC) has opened its Probate and Mental Health Advisory Committee’s ‘Invitation to Comment’ regarding CARE Act rules and forms: https://courts.ca.gov/policy-administration/invitations-comment. This is an opportunity to provide feedback directly to JC on the rules and forms required through the CARE Act. 

Comments must be submitted by Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM (PST). Please note that comments received will become part of the public record. Comments may be submitted by completing the comment form or by emailing them to invitations@jud.ca.gov.
