On December 15th, CSAC, Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), Urban Counties of California (UCC), and the California Clerks of the Board of Supervisors Association (CCBSA) hosted a webinar to walk counties through SB 707 (Durazo, 2025).
This session offered both policy context and a technical breakdown of key changes, including updates to teleconferencing rules, regular meeting requirements, language access provisions, and ADA accommodations. Attendees received insights into the evolving legislative landscape of the Brown Act as we look ahead to 2026 and beyond.
