SB 827 Fiscal Training Now Available Through the CSAC Institute 

The CSAC Institute is now offering SB 827 Fiscal and Financial Management Training to support counties and other public agencies in meeting the fiscal training requirements outlined in Government Code §53238. 

This live, instructor-led webinar provides a practical overview of public agency fiscal management and fiduciary responsibilities, including budgeting principles, financial oversight, internal controls, revenue sources and expenditures, and the legal and ethical responsibilities associated with stewardship of public funds. 

Participants may register for one of the following sessions: 

• May 11 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM 
• May 28 | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM  

Participants need only attend one session, as both offerings cover the same curriculum.
