Statewide Best Practices Webinar on Strengthening Connections with Children and Youth Providers 

On Friday, October 24 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will host a webinar, “Strengthening Connections with Children and Youth Providers.” The webinar is part of the biannual series of Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) Collaborative Planning and Implementation (CPI) webinars intended to highlight best practices for implementing Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports. During the webinar, participants will hear how local First 5 programs across California are working with ECM and Community Supports providers and explain how schools help connect children and youth to local organizations, youth programs, and Medi-Cal health plans.
