Treasurer’s Office Webinar Series: Resources for Local Leaders 

The California State Treasurer’s Office will host the next installment of their quarterly webinar series for local leaders on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Here attendees will receive key updates on the State Treasurer’s Office, the California Pollution Control Financing Authority  (CPCFA), and the California Health Facilities Financing Authority (CHFFA).

California Pollution Control Financing Authority 
Soon to be renamed the Capital Programs & Climate Financing Authority, CPCFA’s programs support the state’s environmental and climate goals, including new initiatives that support small businesses through its loan participation program. These include financing tax-exempt bonds, the California Capital Access Programs (CalCap), the California Investment and Innovation Program (Cal IIP), and the California Recycle Underutilized Sites (CALReUSE) program.  

California Health Facilities Financing Authority 
CHFFA serves as the state’s vehicle for supporting public and non-profit healthcare providers through loans funded through tax-exempted bonds, such as the Healthcare Expansion Loan Program II (HELP II), which can be used for construction, acquisition, refinancing, and more.
